The Committee wishes to update the position with the building of 3 x 2 bedroom units on the vacant site.
Excavation has started for the 3 x 10 square units.The Units have all been taken and deposits paid. The Builders Contract has been signed with VR Builders of Castlemaine following receipt of the Builders Permit.
As the building proceeds this page will be updated.
This is a significant step forward for Tarrangower Village and will benefit Maldon and neighbouring townships for years to come.
Tarrangower Village continues to be the only one of its kind in the Shire.
